There are many different student response systems; however, one that is superb for educational purposes are clickers (i-clickers).  Using clickers in the classroom is a great way of taking attendance, getting the students involved, and keeping the class interesting.  After lecturing from the teacher occurs, the students might be half asleep.  Give an i-clicker question every five minutes that reviews what has been talked about.  When the students answer the question it can tell you that that specific person was there that day.  Clickers are great for class discussion and participation in the classroom.  A big bonus is that they are very simple to use. You must download the software, create your course that you want, pass out the i-clickers to the students, and then the students can begin using them.  The software is free to download.  It is not portable and must be installed.  However, the actual i-clicker is portable and costs around $40-$50.

I-clickers are very reputable and is distributed throughout all schools.

I believe that all children have the desire to learn.  With this being the case I like to have a classroom that is very inviting and encouraging for the learning of others.  There is no tearing down of the students from the teacher or any other peers that are inside the classroom.  People learn from others and because I believe this is true, the students will be working on plenty of group projects.  Teaching others will help one grow.  A classroom where procedures are made and routines are met is a classroom that invites learning.  This year the students of our classroom will take advice from Walt Disney.  He once said, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them."  This year will will make dreams, and they will come true.
